100 gr LABNE cheese
A pinch of SALT
1 teaspoon of baking soda
PREPARATION OF
*Separate the yolk and whites of the eggs.
*We turn their whites into snow white with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda mixer
*We mix labneh cheese, scrambled egg yolks and mix the foam of the snow white egg well before extinguishing
* Pour it on oiled paper in equal dimensions.
* Bake in a 150 degree hot oven until golden brown (20-25 minutes).

300 gr STRAWBERRY
200gr blueberry
